Reflection on My Experience as a Class Leader in Project 1 Throughout my time as a class leader, I gained not only valuable insight into public speaking itself but also the behind-the-scenes workings of organizing and leading a class. This role was rewarding, and engaging. It taught me much about leadership, communication, and collaboration. In this reflection, I will share my experiences, the challenges I faced, and the lessons I learned during the process. When the professor first asked to be a class leader I didn't hesitate to offer. I have vast experience in leadership (I was the vice president of my school's student government) and I thought I could do it, but I was both excited and nervous as well because school and college are very different.
